There is alot of bad information out there about health and fitness these days. The truth is if you don't give your body what it needs, it can't give you what you need in return. In this fast pace society we live in today people are always on the go and are caring less and less about how and what they eat on a daily basis. It's easier for most people to just grab something quick as opposed to making sure they are eating foods that contribute in a good way to the energy level of their day. The body was not was intended to eat processed foods. There is data that supports this claim I am making, and I would be more than glad to share the data with you. Research shows that 90% of all chronic disease comes from poor nutrition. Most people think when they hear some one has cancer that is just luck of the draw and the person is just unfortunate and give very little thought about what we do to cause ill health. America is very sick and getting sicker. The sad part is as a whole we don't have the information that will inform us on whats really going on. The stats from the CDC says 1 in 3 will develop cancer 1 in 3 will die from cardiovascular disease, 33% percent will have type 2 diabetes by 2050 . 68% of Americans are overweight with 34% of those classified as obese. According to the CDC 80% of heart disease and stroke, 80% of diabetes, and 40% of cancer can be prevented. If we would consume proper nutrition, exercise regularly, and stop smoking . Ignorant is just not knowing. Lets get in the know and help improve the health of Americans.
